The video features a battle against the new demon ‘Onuhouko’. The player fights with a new Shield Sword weapon, and often uses the ability ‘Oni no te’, meaning “demon’s hand” in Japanese. It is an ability that somewhat resembles the Devil Bringer from Devil May Cry 4. Oni no te can be used to grab the enemy and fly to it, to trip a charging demon, and to completely destroy the body parts of demons.
Improved graphics and new systems can be noticed from the gameplay video. Toukiden 2 will be out for PS4, PS3, and PS Vita on July 28th for Japan. PS4 and PS Vita demos are already available in Japan, and a new demo will be released on July 21st.
