His most popular rant had to do with YouTube taking his “Day One: Garry’s Incident” video down because the developer didn’t like his review. He is also known for his professional casting for games like StarCraft 2 and PlanetSide 2. Bain is also part of the Polaris gaming community, which helps advertise YouTubers videos who are part of the group.
Last year, Bain had vlogged about being diagnosed with bowel cancer. He began receiving chemotherapy, and his doctor said that it was a success. Now the YouTuber is once again fighting for his life as he undergoes more treatments of chemo. The life expectancy for people diagnosed with liver cancer is 2 to 3 years. But Bain isn’t giving up. He said:
